Smart City dream enlivens development in Pune

Described as the “Oxford of the East”, Pune today boasts of 811 colleges, with graduates comprising more than 30 percent of its workforce, sparking an IT revolution in the city. In response, the Pune Smart City Development Corporation Limited (PSCDCL) was formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to execute Smart City projects envisaged and conceptualised in the Smart City plan.
